Polkadot is a network that connects different blockchains and enables them to communicate and share information with each other, like a universal translator for blockchains.

How does Polkadot connect to different blockchains?

Polkadot achieves this through Parachains and a Relay Chain. Parachains are individual blockchains that connect to the Polkadot network. Relay Chain is the heart of the Polkadot network, responsible for coordinating communication between all the connected blockchains(Parachains), ensuring that transactions and data transfers are secure and reliable.
